 WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

ARE THERE VARIANCES IN THE COLOURS/FABRICS/PATTERNS OF PRODUCTS?

Please note that the images used on the website are taken to best showcase the items as accurately as possible. However occasionally the item received may differ from the images presented on the website due to varying fabric cuts. The colours may differ slightly between computer monitors.

HOW DO THE SHOES FIT?

It really depends on the individual; whether you have a narrow or wide foot can affect choosing the right size. The slides are quite true to size in terms of length its really width that should be taken into account when choosing the right size. Please note the leather on will give with wear and its important to take into account.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

We take care to ensure all items are in perfect condition, however occasionally you may notice a flaw or may believe your item is faulty. If this is the case, please email alina@whoisjamessmith.com with your order number and photos to identify the issue. We will send you a returns form to fill out and send back with your item. Please note, your window of exchange for faulty items is within 2 months of purchase date. Upon receiving we will assess the item to determine whether it is indeed faulty and not as a result of wear and tear.
