RETURNS & EXCHANGES



 
RETURN POLICY
We will not accept returns on items due to change of mind- please choose carefully. However we can issue a store credit for the value of the item originally purchased (NOTE: The credit has no expiration) JAMES SMITH DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, HOWEVER WE WILL HAPPILY EXCHANGE IF A PRODUCT ARRIVES FAULTY OR IS NOT THE CORRECT SIZE. 
 
Items purchased online must be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused with original packaging included.  Please return them in the same condition you received them.
 
Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
 
RETURNS PROCESS
In the case of a return or exchange you must contact us at alina@whoisjamessmith.com to obtain a return authorisation form. Please provide your order number and a reason for the return/exchange. We will provide you with a return form which you are required to fill out and send back with the item you are returning/exchanging.
 
We do not reimburse for the cost of shipping when returning/exchanging the products. We are not liable for your item while it in transit back to us so we recommend that you use an insured registered post and hold onto the tracking number.
 
EXCHANGES
In the case of an exchange, we will post out your new slides upon receiving and assessing the original item. After this we will dispatch your new item and email through your tracking number.
