Please note: We do not offer refunds unless an item is deemed faulty. 

Online orders being returned for a credit note or exchange, must be done within 30 days of receiving the order. Upon receipt the items must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging. 

To request a return please contact nicole@whoisjamessmith.com to obtain an authorisation form. Your return will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

Exchanges are fulfilled based on stock availability. If the item you would like to exchange for has been discontinued and/or is not in stock we will issue you a credit upon arrival.

Any items bought during a Clearance, Sample or Sale promotion are final sale. Any custom orders are also final sale due to the nature of being made to order.

If you believe your item is faulty please email nicole@whoisjamessmith.com with your order number and photos to identify the issue. Please note, your window of exchange/replacement for faulty items is within 3 months of purchase date.

The cost of returning items for the purpose of an exchange is the responsibility of the customer. We do not reimburse for the cost of shipping unless the item is faulty. We are not liable for your item while it is in transit back to us, so we recommend that you use an insured-registered post and hold onto the tracking number.
